Return & Exchange Policy

Pelle Pelle Jackets places a strong emphasis on using the highest quality materials to craft its products and strives to provide exceptional customer service. However, the following policies come into effect should a customer need to initiate a return or exchange for any unforeseen circumstances.

Please ensure that you have carefully reviewed and agreed to our terms and conditions. If you find any of the clauses mentioned to be disagreeable, kindly refrain from making purchases from our website.

Important Note: To initiate a return or exchange, the product must remain unused and unworn, with its original tag and packaging intact.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests are not applicable for customized orders.
  • For exchanges or returns, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs in both directions. This includes the return shipping fees to send the product back to our warehouse, as well as the shipping fees needed to deliver the exchanged product to the customer’s location.
  • The option of free shipping does not apply to exchanged products.
  • Customers should expect a waiting period of 3 to 5 days after sending their product for exchange. Our Quality Assurance team meticulously examines the product to ensure it remains unused, unworn, and undamaged by the customer. Once the QA department is satisfied, the process proceeds. The entire procedure may take up to two to three weeks to complete before dispatching the exchanged product.

Return Policy

  • Returns are applicable only in specific cases. Pelle Pelle Jackets holds itself fully responsible for delivering top-quality products. However, if genuine issues arise, such as those outlined below, you are entitled to initiate a return:

    1. The delivered product differs from your original order.
    2. The size or measurements of the delivered order do not match what was originally ordered.
    3. The delivered product is damaged or dented.
  • Pelle Pelle Jackets retains the right to decline customer claims for returns, exchanges, or refunds based on the specific circumstances. To ensure that your claim is accepted, it is imperative that your stated reason is legitimate. We do not entertain return or exchange requests for arbitrary or generic reasons.

  • Claims for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order. Claims made after this time period will not be considered.

  • Please note that the products on sale are non refundable.

We maintain the right to reject any return, exchange, or refund claims for items that were damaged either by the customer or other authorities (in rare cases) during the shipment process.
